These are practice notes on Yoga, Tai Chi and Wing Tsun (Wing Chun). I am learning Tai Chi and Wing Tsun for the same reason that I have practised Yoga over many years.


Maybe diligent practice of a martial art will help the student to survive a fight if it ever becomes necessary to fight but the true benefit of the practice, as with Yoga, is as an aid to self-mastery. Perhaps that is true of the pursuit of any art.
